Following the sell-out success of our first Icons with Icons dinner, we’re delighted to announce the next instalment of the series. Join us at Infinity by Mark Best on Thursday 10 September for an evening pairing two Margaret River icons – Vasse Felix’s most celebrated wines – and the icon behind them, Chief Winemaker Virginia Willcock, named 2026 Halliday Wine Companion Winemaker of the Year.

This is the only dinner that Virginia is hosting on the East Coast this year, and we’re thrilled to have her at our rotating restaurant in the sky.

Arrive to a spritz, then settle in for a three-course menu from Mark Best, matched course by course with wines from Vasse Felix, Margaret River’s founding wine estate, established in 1967. Virginia will be there in person to guide you through the wines, the vineyards behind them, and the twenty years she’s spent shaping the Vasse Felix style. The evening will also include a taste of the not-yet-released 2023 TOM CULLITY, an opportunity available to very few ahead of its public release.
