MMAD Vineyard 

Infinity by Mark Best kicks off a new series with a genuinely rare evening – bringing together the four names behind three of Australia’s most respected wine labels: MMAD Vineyard, Shaw + Smith, and Tolpuddle Vineyard.

Michael Hill Smith MW, Martin Shaw, Adam Wadewitz and David LeMire MW will be in the room together, pouring side by side. It’s the first time Michael Hill-Smith MW, Martin Shaw, Adam Wadewitz and David LeMire MW have done an event together in Sydney, and it happens to coincide with the 5th vintage release of MMAD Vineyard and Infinity’s own birthday: three milestones, one night.

Chef Mark Best & the Infinity team will serve four courses built around the wines, course by course, glass by glass. Call it a M+MMAD night.
