MMAD Vineyard 

Infinity by Mark Best kicks off a new series with a genuinely rare evening – bringing together the four names behind three of Australia’s most respected wine labels: MMAD, Shaw + Smith, and Tolpuddle.

Michael Hill Smith MW, Martin Shaw, Adam Wadewitz and David LeMire MW will be in the room together, pouring side by side. It’s a lineup that hasn’t happened since Shaw + Smith’s 30th anniversary in 2019 – and it happens to coincide with MMAD Wines turning five, and Infinity’s own first birthday. Three milestones, one night.

Chef Mark Best & the Infinity team will serve four courses built around the wines, course by course, glass by glass. Call it a MMMAD night.
