Licensing. All guests, 17 and under, are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Under NSW liquor laws, a responsible adult is defined as an adult who is: a parent or guardian of the minor standing in as the parent of the minor for the time being.

Smoke free. Our venue is a smoke free establishment, please note smoking or vaping is not allowed at any areas of the restaurant including toilets and lifts. Guests who vape or smoke in smoke-free areas will risk fines of up to $1500.

Dress code. At Infinity Restaurant, we aim to offer a refined and upscale atmosphere for all of our patrons. In keeping with this, we kindly request that guests adhere to a smart casual dress code, which includes no athletic shoes, sandals, shorts, hats, or tank tops. Thank you for your cooperation.
